The management team have decided to temporarily shutdown our Shell service and now concentrating on another project. Customers who have paid with outstanding balance will get the Shell replacement until the Shell purchased expired. ShellOC Server Scheduled DowntimeDear Valued Customer,
After we attempted installing an upgraded model of the same router we currently have running to find out it's a model flaw that is not compatible with our network, we are switching our edge and core routers to cisco. Friday 03th April 2009 11PM CST we will be migrating our network Layer3 routing to cisco. This upgrade will take around 1.5-2 hours.
The reason we are hard pressing on going along with this upgrade is we will be segregating our network completly from FDC. We currently acquired our own ASn and leased fiber waves from CBOT to Equinix where we will have 2 Tier1 providers TATA and COMCAST connections with 10Gbps connections. This will drastically increase our network performance and enhance our ability to protect you against DDOS attacks. I trully apologize for this inconvinience and rest assured we'll be doing our best to ensure safe and smooth transition.

ShellOC Server RestoredShellOC Server is now restored and running in a good state.
We are very sorry for the downtime due to the failure of Hard Disk. All data have been recovered and all services (eggdrops and psybncs) are running well. If you can't login to your psybnc, please send a private message to OvDevilz on DALNet IRC Server. The vhosts will be recovered in the next 24 hours. I am very sorry for late information because the incident take place while I was away in vacation.
All users will be compensate with the extension of your end date. For those who is paying monthly, your end date will be extend for 1 week. 6 months users will get 2 weeks entension while 1 year users will get 1 month extension. We are taking full responsibility during the downtime and we hope the extension will recover everything.

ShellOne Server Technical DifficultiesWe are currently having some technical difficulties regarding our Shell server.
The connection is establish right now but on certain vhost, we got a heavy loads to take care of. Some eggdrops and psybncs might not be able to make a connection (in or out). This problem might be dragged for 24 hours and we are trying hard to restored it back to normal. If we have to shutdown the server, your end date will be extended in accordance with the downtime period in 24 hours ratio.
Please be patient at this moment. We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Server is back ONLINEOur server is back...
We are very sorry for the long maintenance period. Its was not expected. The server however now equipped with Intel Core Duo processor and 3GB of RAM for faster and better speed. It also now located on the unmetered bandwidth port to reduce lag time. Hope this will be major boost to our shell performance.

Server DowntimeOur shell server will be offline for scheduled maintenance.
The server will be offline for maintenance to upgrade our server RAM. Scheduled on 1 p.m. (31st July 2008) Malaysia time. We are very sorry for the inconvenience. This upgrade is for the faster server. We will have 2GB of RAM after the maintenance complete.
